• Incidental deposit is required with amount below:
• IDR 500,000 for stay less than one month and IDR 2,000,000 for one month stay and above
• Pre-termination is not allowed for monthly stay and above
• Advance payment is required
• Daily extension is charged at daily rate
• Confirmed units are subject to rate and unit availability
